Alyson Neufeld / Co-Owner

Driven by a passion for baking passed down through generations, Alyson founded DesignerCookies on a simple premise: a custom treat should be as beautiful as it is delicious. Building upon her grandmother’s cherished sugar cookie recipe, she has scaled a beloved family tradition into a premier custom bakery.
As the driving force behind the studio, Alyson oversees the daily operations and creative direction of the business. She takes immense pride in delivering fun , hand-decorated designs that elevate both family celebrations and large-scale corporate events. Alyson remains deeply committed to her craft and her clients, ensuring that every single batch reflects her dedication to quality, creativity, and the joy of sharing sweet memories.

  • Itzel

    OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

    Detail-oriented and dependable, Itzel is the operational heartbeat of DESIGNERCOOKIES. She seamlessly manages our production scheduling, facility sanitation, and inventory, keeping our kitchen running like clockwork. Known for her patience and honesty, Itzel brings structure and efficiency to our everyday workflow. Outside of work, she loves staying active by running, playing hockey, and spending quality time with her family.

    CUSTOMER CARE & SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Diana is the welcoming voice of DESIGNERCOOKIES, managing client relationships and coordinating order entries to ensure your cookies arrive exactly as imagined. A truly versatile team player, she also supports our administrative operations and can occasionally be found on the kitchen floor lending a hand with cookie flooding and decorating. Off the clock, Diana is devoted to making memories with her family, whether they are getting creative with arts and crafts or taking a bike ride through the trees.

    Artistic Director

    With a background in fine arts, Sandra brings her artistic eye and vibrant personality to DESIGNERCOOKIES every day. Her creativity, attention to detail, and strong work ethic shine through in every cookie, making her a key player in our team and a favorite among clients. Sandra is also a skilled barista, adding an extra touch of creativity to everything she does, whether it’s in the studio or behind the coffee machine.

    Andrea Rodriguez, a proud Colombian with a can-do attitude, brings passion and creativity to every batch. With a background in culinary arts, she’s known for her problem-solving skills and infectious sense of humor, keeping our studio rolling with laughter and with dough. For Andrea, cooking isn’t just a job; it’s her love language, and it shows in every delightful creation she prepares. Her energy and expertise are essential to the heart and soul of DESIGNERCOOKIES.

    COOKIE DECORATOR

    Brandi is a resilient and dedicated cookie decorator with a passion for creating beautiful, intricate designs. A former soccer and softball player, she brings the same energy and precision to her work as she did on the field. In addition to her love for decorating, she enjoys staying active, whether it’s through exercise or dreaming of tropical vacations. With a solid background in cookie decoration, she combines her creativity and experience to add a special touch to every batch at DESIGNERCOOKIES.

    Jess brings a contagious positive energy to DESIGNERCOOKIES, always on the move and ready for any challenge. A lover of fantasy books, she channels her creativity and enthusiasm into everything she does. As Baker & Operations, Jess is known for her ability to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly, often handling the workload of many with precision and efficiency. Her vibrant spirit and can-do attitude are essential to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. One of her personal creations, the espresso shortbread, showcases her love for unique flavors and is a true testament to her exceptional baking skills.
