Our studio is located at #227 - 1655 Broadway Street in Port Coquitlam, BC Canada. We can deliver across Metro Vancouver for an additional fee and we ship across Canada.

how much do the cookies cost?

Because our work is so customizable, the cost per cookie/cupcake/cake does vary. Send us an email with your ideas and we can write up an estimate for you. Please note we use quality, Canadian ingredients and every item is created with care by our highly skilled team, which makes these works or art priceless :P

how is my custom order packaged?

All our cookies are individually wrapped in a clear, self-sealed bags with an ingredients label on the back. Each order is comes in a secure box for ease of transport. We use plastic clamshells for our cupcakes and gorgeous clear boxes for our custom cakes.

how much notice is requireD to place an order?

We book up quickly! Make sure to place your order as soon as you know the date of your event (even if you don't know the specifics) to guarantee your desired date. As a general rule, we require a minimum of two week's notice. 

how do i pay?

We accept bank transfers and all major credit cards. Prepayment in full is required to confirm your order.  

what are youR hours OF OPERATION?

Our hours of operation and pick up times are Monday - Friday 9:30am - 4pm. We are closed evenings and weekends in order to spend time with our families. We try to return all messages within one business day. 

Do you offer Gluten-free or vegan options?

At our current location we are unable to provide GF or Vegan options. But hopefully soon… stay tuned…

are there nuts in your products?

Our studio is nut-free, however we do not source our ingredients from nut-free facilities. Therefore on our packaging we include “may contain traces of nuts” for insurance purposes.
